what was your approach to get to the morraine camp. how was it?

Just a long slog up from the lake. Not a great path in places, but there is a little water there and some flat spots. Horse flies in the lower half are a bitch. The night we camped here an Earthquake shook us out of bed and set off avalanches on Rondoy. Doing west faces with big mushrooms and cornices with this going on is a bit of a mind bender. The epicentre was on the coast and destroyed the city of Pisco.
