Enjoy the Hike In
The access might have changed since this page was created. We were able (and instructed by a worker at the reservoir) to drive around and park at the of the road. The hike in required hip deep postholing at we broke trail. Oh yea, and the climbing was great. Led up the slad and then TR'ed the third pitch of the left flow.

Very Cold
Top roped Bowling Alley. Great ice on the third pitch. A bit slushy elsewhere even in the -35 degree weather.

Chilly day
Climbed left slabs and a far left curtain. Cold conditions and some waxy ice but had a great time with Steve L. For sure going back

Brittle Choss and Wet Plastic
Climbed the Scottish Gully. Easy brittle choss on P1, wet plastic single stick ice on P3. Will come back for the Pillar and right flow when my gloves dry out.

Nice day
Climbed around on center ice area. The "slab" is now a 25ft vertical fall that connects to the top of the pillars. Did about 5 pitches on it.

Very Cold Day
First time at the falls. Very cold indeed, but some good routes. Ice was really brittle becasue of the cold, but I will definately come back once it gets better. First ice lead here on some WI2. Great place to TR and lead harder grades too.

Thick ice!
Amazed that we only saw one soloist the entire day! Ice very well formed but a bit brittle due to warm temps during the last week.
