| Just about snow-free under bluebird skies. Bare-booted all the way. Lots of water (and ice) on the flat sections of trail, but the steep stuff was almost dry. | |

| Fun loop in the winter. Amazing views, and the ladders section was fun, however had to back off of it and hike to the summit because the "cave" at the top of the ladders was iced in. | |

| After riding through traffic at 3am in the morning,(only on the GWB) and paying lots of tolls, I arrived back in the Lakes Region for the first time since my family used to vacation there back when I was a kid. Had a good time enjoying the views on these two fine mountains. | |
