| Mia (my wife, then fiance') climbed this one together from the South Arkansas River, which was a mistake. It took us forever to hike around the base of the mountain to actually start climbing. We had planned to climb Tabequache also, but arrived on the summit too late and too tired. We really enjoyed glissading down the face of the "angel". | Great climb on a more direct route. Avy danger was low at the time. make sure snow is consolidated. Glissade down the Angel is great! | |
