Mount Triumph

[ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Mount Triumph
Summit shot of Shirley and yours truly on Triumph following our triumphant ascent of its Northeast Ridge. Mount Shuksan (I think) is in the background as is a small bit (left) of Mount Baker. If this self-lovin' hero shot is not exactly relevant, I'll dump it out (July 25, 2004).

PS This is a self-portrait - thank God for my primate length arms.

I personally think summit shots are relevant- I mean, the site's name is Summitpost! Looks like there were some great views up there!

Thanks Dirk!

Oh man, beautiful views! Even in summer good weather often does not coincide with a weekend up in N. Cascades - got lucky last weekend.

thanks Dean - you know, that unshaven look I'm sporting was all the rage that season :)
