I did not want to list Starr King as a separate peak only because it is not an official 4000 footer, and also because it doesn't list out as a separate peak on any list because of the lack of prominence. That is why I thought working it into the text would be sufficient.

Untitled CommentVery cool page about Mt. Waumbeck. I just like the sound of the name. Great vistas of Agiocochook and particularly the northern presidentials.

Untitled CommentAnd it's a great little hike. A good one to introduce folks to the gentle art of hiking. Cheers.

Untitled CommentAnother fine job on a lesser-known 4000er.
That's at least a 22-mile view down to the Franconia Range, the viewing conditions yesterday morning were just perfect (really warm too!).

Untitled CommentThanks. I have been circling the Presidential range, and I have every perspective now, except from the top! Time to change that!
Have a good one.

Untitled CommentGreat job on filling a prominent hole in the Whites.
I wonder if Starr King could be combined with this page the way you did for the Carters? They're basically twin summits anyway and access is the same.
