fond memories

Thanks for sharing this photo. I recognize Browns Lake on the right side of image. I camped there in Aug. 1998 after packing in trail for Browns Lake with a climb of Mt. Antero the next day. The side valley on the left of Mt. White provided route to flat area leading on to Mt. Antero which is of course out of view to the left.

Glad you like the photo... I only wish the lighting had been better. On the Topo map, I see three lakes that could be Browns Lake (two visible in this photo). Looks like you stayed at the lower one.
