| Bob Sihler | South Peak, too ![]() | |
| Hauled my son up on my back to the saddle just below timberline, and after my wife caught up, I went on to the summit and the lesser-visited south summit as well. It was a bit hazy, but it was nice being back where my adventures in this range began. | ||

| Tremendous summit views. It was blowing and storming sideways at the top and we had to crouch behind the microwave box for shelter. Saw a rainbow well below us to the north. Great day. | ||

| Outstanding climb. It happens to be quite strenuous however, for you gain 3000 feet of elevation in a little under three miles. Purest water sources I have seen, as Mount Wright's waters help make up the mouth of the Teton River. Much of it burned last year however, and the area is still in recovery. Trail has not been maintained very much this year. | ||

| skiid from the ski resort to the trailhead and up to the turn off to the summit trail. left our skis and snowshoed(breaking trail)to the S.E. face and took this direct, then left shoes and step kicked only a 100 ft. before we realized we wouldn't be able to climb fast enough over the wind swept talus with our ski boots on. opted to descend from this point, about 800ft from summit. | ||
