Is it made of that Burgess shale stuff where the paleontologists found all of those really weird soft-bodied critters?

I don't believe so Bob.....I have never seen fossils in the Slate Range...sure there are some, but not the same stuff as you find in Yoho....scrambling keeps one honest on the calorie burn, eh? this was a 7000' day!....cheers
