Painted Mountains

We have albums for colored lakes, why not for the mountains themselves?

This is an album for mountains that exhibit extreme color; the rock itself.

It would be interesting if explanation for the rock color could be provided, but if you don't know, please submit good photos anyway.

This is not an album for alpenglow or fall colors - we already have those. Photos of such will be detatched.
