The scope of this mountain...
The scope of this mountain just doesn't come across in these pics. When you come up over the ridge from the Queen mine route and you see it for the first time, it seems much bigger than what you see here.

If it looks so big from there, what is the elevation where that photo was shot?

Thank you. The elev was a little over 10700 feet on the ridge where I shot this pic.

You got that right!!! Steeper too. Add the snow and it was 13 hr R/T from Queen Mine.
