Mt Bachelor From Tam MacArthur Rim

The trail to Tam McArthur Rim is relatively steep and dusty. A more pleasant approach from the south involves some cross country travel but is not challenging. There are several Broken Top trailheads off Forest Road 370 which is the road that provides access from Century Drive to Todd Lake. Hike up Crater Creek and when the path ends, the way cross country is obvious.
