| Gordon was the last summit we did during a very educational introductory mountaineering course with Yamnuska. Unlike the other logs here, we had pretty clear views around us and it was really amazing. We could see Hector Lake, the Yoho valley, numerous peaks in every direction, and of course the icefield below. However, it wasn't completely clear, so we couldn't see as far as the spires in the Bugaboos which apparantly can be seen on a cloudless day. No complaints whatsoever though! Great climb. | ||
