Pro?Nice shot Haydar! Did you guys use pickets or screws?

Re: Pro?Thanks Jim , we used pickets. We had three pickets and made sure that we had one picket on the rope at the steeper sections. Basically we would go three rope lengths and swap pickets.

Sweet!Cool shot, I think that I might have bumped into you on the 17th on your way out, I think we asked you about the condition of the route. What a sweet climb it was. The last pitch was actually really nice, thanks to whoever kicked the ladder all the way up.

Re: Sweet! Thanks Jordan, you must be the guys we saw as we were going down at Leroy Basin. Did you go in from the 7FJ Col or from the Entiat glacier? Nice job!

Re: Sweet! We ended up going in via the 7fj col, I'm not sure which way is better, but you sure have to go up a ways to get to the col, then you have to traverse across the really crappy rock on the cliff ledges, I think I would go to the Ice lakes next time. It seems like you get a better climb in that way what with the Glacier crossing and the whole North face in front of you.

Re: Sweet!I agree. We got a good look at the traverse from the top and it did look nasty. It is probably better if it is snow covered. Nice job getting up safely!
