The first panorama (view from the Mangatepopo track) has got a vertical scrollbar in my browser (IE8).

It's deliberate Rick. When I stitched everything together from 6 or 7 individual shots I found that I couldn't get Ngauruhoe's summit in without leaving some black space in the cropped product. So I set the height of the image to a value that would enable the viewer to scroll the black space out of shot if he/she so desired. This does then cut off Ngauruhoe's summit however. Did the best I could with what I'd got. Cheaper than forking out $$$$$ to go down and re-shoot it :)

Cheer, Martin

Aha, well the black space should be resolvable by photoshop .. Do you know how the 'clone stamp' works? You can paint with pixels from other parts of the picture (sky), so you can easily fix those black spots in panoramas.

If you want, I can have a go at it (if i have some time somewhere)

Cheers,

Rick
