Lack of Glaciers

What year was this pic taken? Is it just me or are the glaciers really suffering in this pic?

This was mid September 2008. You are correct, this photo was taken late season before it started snowing much again so things were pretty bony. The Dissapointment Cleaver was entirely exposed rubble.
