Mt. Tileston

[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Mt. Tileston
Actually a pseudo-twin summit.

The summit just barely pushes out of treeline in the guise of some rocky crags. Some very short but solid, decent scrambling can be had here (if you look for it!)

Nice mix of colors and textures but is that an axe on the rock? Did you encounter snow slopes on the way?

Yeah, that's my standard glacier axe. It comes with me regardless of what mountain I'm doing. I've gotten used to carrying it with me vs. treking poles. But, no. There wasn't any snow.
