I've heard that Schnebly Hill used to be drivable with a passenger car, but at least in the last 5 years, there is no way you could drive more than a half mile in anything less than a Jeep or high clearance truck, usually the only vehicles I see driving it are Wranglers or ATVs. I tried with my Subaru OB a few years ago and gave up after a few miles. It's in worse shape now.
