Trying to identify this scat. We are in a residential area in NW Michigan. Might be 4 inches in diameter, 3-4 inches tall.

mystery poo

This is most likely Pine Martin scat. They love berries, especially cherries and they poop out the pits. The rest is usually black like tar.
