Nearing the Mid-point

Dropping off a high ridge section almost halfway to Three Prong Mountain. The historic Nez Perce Trail crosses the saddle at the upper center, but it seems to have faded from the landscape. The fire that burned hot there probably contributed to its absence. July 2009
