| Took the cable-car since I didn't have much time left and had to drive home that day. Was among the first to get to the summit and enjoyed it despite its ugliness. After an hour traffic became to heavy and I retreated. | |

| Climbed Rubihorn from Oberstdorf but instead of descending via Gaisalphorn, as planned, I chickened out and went to Gaisallpsee instead. Back to Gaisalpsattel, where I started the Nebelhorn west ridge. Torrential horizontal rain made me retreat and I chose the regular trail instead. Fog on the summit was so thick that I missed the cablecar and insteadhiked back down to Oberstdorf. more than 2000m elevation gain that day. | |

| Ascended by cablecar, then did Hindelanger and chose to go back to the summit instead of the intermediary station, so I will count it as a "climb". I agree that it is a very ugly summit, though it is way smaller than Zugspitze. Seeing how they have put concrete on the actual summit made me cringe... | |

| Well, since I haven' t been on Zugspitze yet, this is the ugliest summit I' ve ever been on... Stayed there for only 10 minutes, but the view from Nebelhorn is spectecular... Have to go there again when the cable car is out of order. | |
