Ned Green

This is Ned Green, who was the caretaker of the Harvard Cabin on Mt. Washington back in 2000. He and I did Pinnacle Gully together (his first time up it). The following year he was killed in one of the gully's after, I believe, an ice dam ruptured and caused him to fall. I just stumbled across this picture and figured I'd scan it in just in case anyone who knew him might want it. He was a good guy.

That guy was as strong as the granite he climbed. What a great climber. You're right it was an ice dam rupture at least thats the story being as I wasn't there.
