Panorama of part of the NW ridge of Nevado Chucura seen from the NE, down in Quebrada Huanta Occo. From the trailhead at the Mirador the los Andes, the shortest way to Huanta Occo crosses this ridge. To get to the other side of the ridge, it's easy walking, but descending into Huanta Occo requires a bit of scrambling. 20 May 2011.
