| km_donovan | Route Climbed: "Donovan Direct" from Burns Gulch TH  Date Climbed: Sep 9, 2004 | |
| Turned off of the Standard Route and took a more direct line via the snow. It was about 18 inches deep in the deepest places and made for a great climb. At one point durring the climb I stopped to look down the valley and thought "this is why I became a climber". | |

| Niagara Peak is a fine mountain. It probably has the finest summit view in this region of grand vistas (it compares favorably with nearby Handies Peak). Along on this climbe were my dogs Sopris and Raymond. Jon Bradford | |
