small notes on routes and road- the 4wd road from Beaver is very rough and narrow, and has deep low spots all through the summer... I scratched up my 4Runner ALOT!
- the hiking distance from Beaver Res I measured at just under 15... so a bit longer
- for the counterclockwise loop, descending the east ridge, really just the first slope from the summit is steep and unpleasant... if someone is uncomfortable with steep rocky sides then they will not want to do it
