Northern Pike Minnow

Northern Pikeminnow, Ptychocheilus oregonensis. This fish is from the Elk River in BC, Canada. In the past this fish was named a Squawfish. The MT state record Northern Pikeminnow was 7.88 pounds and 27 1/8 inches in length. The one in the photo is MUCH smaller than that.
