Hasn't voted | From Stepps Gap one can also take the gravel road around Gibbes mountain and approach from the col between Gibbes and the fenced-in Clingman's Peak. There are great views to the northwest from the road to what's known as the Bearwallow Stand Ridge. Once at the col, take a disused jeep trail to the summit, bushwhacking the last 0.1 miles or so. | |
