WOWIt is amazing how fast the snow can melt. Just a month before we had snow, and still fairly deep, from Bunny Flat to the summit.

Re: WOWIt's amazing what 103 degree temperatures will do! We slept with the tent door open as it was so warm. The ice field between the top of Misery Hill and the summit pinnacles was melting out so bad there was a couple feet deep of water on the edges to go around. Still, we had a nice snowhike up from Lake Helen to Red Banks.

Re: I like thisThanks, too bad I did not have my digital camera back then, it would have made for a better quality photo. But thanks for the compliment. I do remember there was a long way to go from this point too. :-)
