Too bad..

.. about the bottom missing in that picture, though. This is a stitch of three wide angle shots (vertical). I just couldn't get the walls on either side completely into the frame!. Look at that wall on the left side: almost vertical for about 900ft. I didn't see any bolts but this sure must be a great wall to climb.

Re: Sweet Shot!

Holy sweet shot. You hit a hole in one with this one. Gorgeous, simply gorgeous.

Would you believe..

.. that the wind (and clouds) rolled in from the left? On the picture they look just like a flag waving from the summit top. Thanks for your nice words. I have never played golf, so this is probably the closest I'll ever get to a hole in one ;-)

Re: Would you believe..

Well don't worry about playing golf, EVER, it doesn't compare to being in the mountains. I'd love to get a bigger resolution copy of this one that I could use for wallpaper, it is truly a pic of the week in my estimation.

Everytime I look at this pic, I go, WOW.

Which size would you prefer?

1024 x 786? Or all the 8 Mpix? It's a stitch, which is rather large.

Re: Which size would you prefer?

The 1024 x 786 would be just right. Hey, that'll be great. Thank you.

Re: Sweet Shot!

Hey, picture of the week. My choice and still my favorite although that second pic (your all time favorite) it outstanding as well. Also, your trip report is excellent. Way to go.

Your taste...

seems to be more in step with the SP members' taste than mine. But I certainly won't complain ;-)

Thanks

very good picture!

Didn't you try to frame also a vertical image, at a lower magnification? It could have been nice...

But I have a similar photo through a much narrower window. I'll let you know.
