On the Perren Route to the...
On the Perren Route to the Neil Colgan hut. Eiffel peak is in the clouds behind me. The route takes you up to the left of the glacier at the top. Keeping well left of the hazard. Lots of fun in plastic boots and a full pack. This is one of the more gentle sections before the last pitch. August 23, 2004. Photo James Blench.
