A place for fun!
My wife, daughter, dogs, and I all enjoyed the slot canyon and the cave. The colors become intense in the main canyon past the cave and up the dry fall. Actually it was raining lightly after a bigger storm a couple of days before, making for some little cascades and a bit of creekwalking. The campground is amazing considering the price and proximity to Barstow. A fun place for kids with multiple playgrounds and lots of scrambling to be found.

Fantastic slot canyons
Beautiful interesting area, loved it! Hiked up Owl Canyon then west up to the mesa top then down another unnamed slot canyon. Explored a few dead-end slot canyons then returned to Owl Canyon Campground.
