endurance problemMy new endurance work out for the last couple of weeks has been to get pumped out after a couple of hours and then try to climb up Nebuchadnezzar (v3, behind Ozzy and to the right of the Hollywood Bowl), then connect it to the Ozzy traverse all the way around to and then up the slopey arete (v2?) just to the left of Scrutinizer without getting so pumped that I fall off the mantle at the top out. ...I'm a fan of the long, sketchy route linkups.
