Panorama of Wildspitze and Ötztaler Urkund

We've climbed the Wildspitze North face, and not particularly fast, which is why it's already almost 4 o'clock by now and we're still not back at the Breslauer Hütte, where we started at first light. It's not far anymore though. This is at around 2950m on the Wildspitze normal route from the Breslauer Hütte, well below the glacier. Most of this panorama is filled by the Ötztaler Urkund, but the Wildspitze is visible on the left of it, almost due north from this viewpoint. However, the normal route doesn't go up these slopes, but goes much further west (not in this photo, it's further to the left). 8 July 2012.
