It means swimfin-horn (of a fish) or just "fishtail"-horn in old swiss welch dialect.

Re: Great panorma,No, I do mean the Allalinhorn, which is, of course, the peak just east of the Alpubel. The view is very very similar to your photo, one can see all the same peaks.
