3rd peak on a dreary smoky day
Last peak on our 20 mile Elkhorn Skyline dayhike. Being very smoky and hot, this was a pretty tiring ascent. Ascended and descended directly up and down the west ridge.

North Ridge
Climbed the North Ridge from Dutch Flat Saddle. Descended the slopes west of the South Ridge on my way to Peak 8428. Thunderstorms arrived late that afternoon.

[Cunningham-Dutch Flat]
On our way back to Anthony Lake from Mt Ruth I ascended the west ridge from the trail (30 minutes up) and descended the north ridge to the trail (30 minutes down). The boys I was with used the trail and got from my departure point to arrival point in, you guessed it, 30 minutes. Great echoes yodeling off the top.

Northeast Ridge
Climbed up the Northeast Ridge and down the Southeast Ridge on my way to Mount Ruth. Set up a bivy just up the ridge from nip tuck pass and continued on to summit Mount Ruth the next morning.
Route Climbed: West Ridge Date Climbed: July 1, 2005
Didn't plan on doing this mountain, but finding myself at Dutch Flat Saddle after climbing Angell Pk. and Lees Pk. decided it would be a nice one to cap the day off with. Climbed the west ridge then descended the north ridge back to the saddle before returning to Anthony Lake via Angell Pass.
