Pedro at South of the Border.SOTB is basically a bunch of shops and such on I-95; AKA tourist trap. Kelly and I have stopped twice in 15 years, both times to get our child(then childs)picture taken with Pedro. When I told my daughter we were using this picture for our holiday card, she was none too happy! First exit on I-95 south after crossing NC/SC line. You can't miss it, I think we counted over 100 billboards announcing SOTB in the 81 miles between I-40 and the state line
