You might add a mention of the considerable avalanche danger on the western gully route that you highlighted. I have seen major avalanches come down those slopes all the way to the main trail (elevation 200 feet) in mid-June.
You might also mention that the landmark for Konikson Road is the Bird House Garage, which is on the northeast corner of Konikson Road and the Seward Highway.

…It should also be noted that this slope is prone to avalanche (even in summer) when loaded. Check the conditions prior to heading up…
