Food Resupply at Many Glacier?

Postby brookes » Sun Jul 22, 2012 5:31 pm

Hi,

I am planning a backpacking trip to Glacier NP the first couple weeks of September. Total trip length is 12 days, and 4 days into the trip I'll be at Many Glacier. What kind of food is sold at the Many Glacier camp store, is it just junk food and candy or can I get dinners/snacks etc to supply me for the next 8 days?

Appreciate any tips!

Thanks,
Brooke

You should be able to get what you need, but expect high prices and not a ton of variety.

The store is at Swiftcurrent Motor Inn, not Many Glacier Hotel, just so you know.

I found out on another forum that Switftcurrent Motor Inn takes food drops, so I'll be mailing myself a package. In case anyone else is interested, here's the address:

(Your Name)
C/O Swiftcurrent Lodge
Glacier Park Lodge
1 Midvale Ln
Glacier, MT 59434
(Your pickup date)
