Highway will link Nepal and Tibet - NO !!

I was shocked to read that there are plans to bring a trans Asian highway that will cut through the Himalayas :shock:

I know how you feel. Without the road, the people will live in proverty for generations to come. As much as I would like to preserve the beauty of Himalayas. The people there deserve a better life.

fyi this is the Langtang region, ~10 hrs from Kathmandu by bus, N-NE
