The last 200m of Jungfrau got very tricky and dangerous in the last years. For current informations about the conditions contact the local guides in Grindelwald.
At this time you have to prepare for much blank ice and cold and stormy conditions.

Having climbed it and knowing the squirrelly weather conditions in the Bernese Alps - this isn't exactly the best time to go there. Check the webcam links on the Jungfrau page. I agree with Sebastian that snow and glacier conditions have changed a lot these past few years. Even the normal route has some pretty significant exposure that's not to be underestimated.
