Glad to see Alan is safe.

There have been some fierce winds with these storms coming off the Pacific. Alpine Meadows near Squaw Valley has clocked 173 and 199 mph gusts this season. We turned around on Mt. Baldy outside of LA in 70+ mph winds.

Pretty crazy! I've been in some strong winds before, but never quite actually blow you off your feet and pick you up strong. I'm glad he's ok with 'only' a broken leg.
