What is the easiest way to insert a photo from my image gallery into a Forum reply?

Start with clicking on Img, the ninth button right above the Quick Reply window.

As a result you'll get to see this:

Now, in the middle, insert the url of the picture, i.e. http://www.summitpost.org/images/medium/394845.JPG. It should look like this:

When you submit (or preview) this, you get to see the image:
