Borah Peak Conditions

Headed up for a quick trip in the next few weeks...

Trying to decide on crampons/ice axe, spikes, or nothing...

Standard route...

This is from a canyoneering group, but:

FYI - A recent report (last Friday) from Borah - the route is clear of all snow except for the snow bridge.

Confirmed. No snow except for a 50ft section of COR...

I did it Friday 7/14 and that's correct too. We had axes and microspikes. I'd imagine you'd still need them. I've got pics. Holler at me if you still wanna check it out.

Climbed today (7/28). Also would echo recommendation of axe and spikes for safety.
