It's all in English Charles. Eastern Alps - The Classic Routes on the Highest Peaks by Dieter Siebert. Seems OK, if a little outdated in terms of presentation (and no doubt also in terms of melting glaciers)

This book covers ice climbing routes in the whole Eastern Alps, among them many in Glockner Group and four at Grossglockner itself. It is written in German, but each route has a short summary in English.
