I would like to suggest the admin to make it necessary to add source of image some one want to add in SP site. Either it is self / Friends name of friend / Others. So that the real owner of image/picture should be honor.

Doesn't this usually get done on a voluntary basis?

this just sounds like a hassle. If you are using someone elses image just give them credit in the caption.

Hello aaporik:

This condition you suggest is already a condition for posting photos on SP. It is listed in our long and detailed FAQ (link at the bottom of every SP page).

If a member reports a photo they know has been stolen or proper credit has not been given, along with permission to use the photo, the staff will see to the matter as soon as possible. Failure to correct the photo caption accordingly will result in the removal of the photo by the staff.

Yes, it is true that there are laws on SP for such posting, it need to be implemented but yet in our part of the world people just think of fake honor, ranking and score they are getting on SP with the beautiful, excellent photos of others. No body think either a person siting back of computer giving you the good sweets is a sweet maker or sweet distributor.
