That is very doable. If you camp at south colony lake, You can do one of the standard routes up Kit carson, (third class) then an easy traverse to Challenger peak. Day two( you can climb crestone peak ( I like the south face, Which has become the standard third class route) come back to broken hand pass, and climb Crestone needle(third class). Or for less miles, and vertical, you can do the crestone traverse. I like the peak to needle, vs needle to peak.some tricky route finding, and the last pitch is a very exposed 4th class, A real classic. ( day three ) humbolt peak,2nd class) which is right above, camp.
Also check out fourteeners.com, for more info, and threads. Not sure on the road conditions up south colony lake, There has been talk about u.s.f.s. closing it, to cars.( hikers only), which would ad some miles to the trip.
