Looking for a decent trail 12-20 miles, in the bend area that i could get a good hike in,Also if anyone has any beta on a place to rent mtn bikes while there i woul;d appreciate it....Most importantly..Where is a Good Place to have adult beverages and food . Local place would be the best. I am traveling to OR this weekend.

I don't know about meeting your criteria of 12-20 mi. but hiking into Green Lakes is a popular but very nice trail. Look at some maps, and I think you can go about as far as you want, out and back or make a loop of it. Many trails in the Three Sisters area.

There are probably other bike rentals as well.
Food and beverages abound. Deschutes brewery is one of many.
