Any experience with "Mountain Gurus"

I'm thinking about a Himalayan trip with this expedition outfitter. Does anyone have any experience with them? Thanks.

I have no experience whatsover with Mountain Gurus. I do find it a bit disengenous when Western companies imply that their Nepali logistics provider are somehow soley part of their team.
