I have issues on their attack, very strong winds (over 100 Km/h) are predicted on GI. New pics included: http://www.blogseitb.com/alextxikon/

Carlos has left the expedition due to work. Alex may do another attempt though the weather predictions are not good: cloudy, 50 Km/h winds and -44ºC lows. Gerfried, Cedric and Nissar will leave to C1 today could follow upwards if the conditions are good. Tamara and Darek don't know what to do:

I think that's one of their last attempts: http://www.blogseitb.com/alextxikon/ (in Spanish having a translator).

They enjoyed that sun (the pic is theirs):

Summit!
Adam Bielecki and Janusz Golab reached the summit.
Congratulations!
They are doing fine and are on the way down to C3 now.

Suárez y Txikon: el frío les retira del G-1: http://www.miathletic.com/suarez_y_txik ... 211763.htm

In my opinion it's better a safe retirement that having problems later...

Temperatures around -50ºC make Alex and the Polish female to descend to BC after reaching Gasherbrum S summit, an almost unclimbable 7000:
