Does anyone know if you can buy jet boil type fuel near mount Elbrus?

I checked yesterday in Terskol at the rental place with the red and white sign and they had at least one full case of MSR isobutane. I'm sure the other rental place, the one with all the 7Summit signs has it as well, but didn't go in there. I have no idea how much they stock or if they ever run out, but it's available now.
